Orvis-Innis Trout Fishery in Cornwall is often best first thing in the morning or late in the evening when an abundant hatch can occur at anytime in the season.

Orvis Innis Fly Fishery

The best approach on these lakes is to frequently change your fly if it isn’t working. The last time i fished here I was using a homemade fly similar to a montanna, but it was yellow, I had no success, changed to the same pattern, but in orage and caught plenty.

They also have a smaller pool which feeds the bigger lakes – you can catch a few big perch here on the fly – Good fun :-)
