CRANBROOK AND DISTRICT ANGLING CLUB
Cranbrook & District Angling Club, situated in the heart of the Weald of Kent, offers excellent angling for all types of fishermen on a wide range of venues in Kent and Sussex.
Formed in 1951, the Club has grown over the years into what it is today, one of the areas top angling clubs with over 500 members. The Club strives to offer something for everyone whether it is specimen hunting, match fishing or of course simply fishing for pleasure!
Our exclusive waters:
Darwell Reservoir, Mountfield
A huge 180 acre trout water famous for its Pike, Perch, Eels and massive Roach shoals.
Spring Wood Fishery, Flimwell
An ex-commercial fishery with 4 lakes holding 40lb+ Catfish, 20lb+ Carp and lots of Tench
Burnt Wood, Frittenden
A CADAC owned mixed fishery with big carp, bream, roach and some cracking Perch
Park Farm, Frittenden
Our big carp water. It maybe small but it holds 30lb+ carp, 3lb Rudd and large Tench
Pattenden Lane Reservoir, Marden
A great match lake holding lots of all species, 50lb bags are common. Large Tench too!
2 Lakes at Owl’s Castle, Lamberhurst
Set in lovely surroundings these lakes are home to lots of carp up to 20lbs.
Bungalow Lake, Ticehurst
A small farm pond with lots of carp, rudd, roach and perch.
River Medway at East Peckham & East Farleigh
2 stretches of this famous Kent river. Huge specimens have been caught from both these stretches.
River Tiese Pattenden Lane, Marden
An intimate water where the roaming angler can catch specimen chub among others.
Old & New Dowells, Appledore
A drain from the Royal Military Canal. Holds specimen Pike, Tench and Carp plus some surprises!
And all waters controlled by the Rother Fisheries Association
